The County of El Paso uses the electronic bidding (e-bidding) system Ion Wave to publish formal solicitations (Sealed Bids, Requests for Proposals, and Requests for Qualifications), automatically notify vendors of available bidding opportunities, and receive responses online. E-bidding eliminates traditional paper bids and replaces them with an electronic process proven to save time and money.
