NEWS RELEASE- El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Special Victim’s Unit (SVU) Investigation

EL PASO, TEXAS – On October 8th, 2024, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit, with the assistance of the Major Crimes Unit, the Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit, and Narcotics Unit, conducted an investigation on the whereabouts of Rogelio Garcia Jr. Garcia was wanted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child or Disabled Individual: Victim Under 14. El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Deputies made contact with Garcia at his residence located at the 13400 block of Emerald Pass Ave., in El Paso County, TX. Garcia was taken into custody without incident and was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with $150,000.00 bond
