Fugitive Apprehension Unit Arrest - JIMMY MACK RODRIGUEZ

EL PASO, TEXAS – On August 13, 2024, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit in conjunction with Peter Herrera Station Deputies, investigated the whereabouts of 25-year-old Jimmy Mack Rodriguez. Rodriguez was wanted for Assault Family/Household W/Previous Convictions, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Burglary of Habitation, Aggravated Assault W/Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Sexual Assault of a Child II CT, Injury to a Child/Elderly, and Evading Arrest W/Vehicle. Deputies located Rodriguez at the 700 block of N. Fabens in El Paso County, TX, and took him into custody without incident. Rodriguez was subsequently booked into the El Paso County Jail with no bond.
