Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit Arrest- DEVIN FRANKLIN

EL PASO, TEXAS – On July 25th,2024, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit (FAU), working in conjunction with Adams County Sheriff’s Office, investigated the whereabouts of 30-year-old Devin Franklin. Franklin was a fugitive from justice wanted for Homicide in Colorado. FAU Deputies located Franklin at the 1600 block of Horizon in El Paso County, TX. He was taken into custody without incident. Franklin was booked into the El Paso County Jail with no bond.
