Child Abuse Awareness Event at Pa’Kitu Village Park

EL PASO, TEXAS – On Saturday, April 20, 2024, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) participated in the Child Abuse Awareness Event at the Pa’Kitu Village Park that YDSP Sacred Heart Connections hosted. CIT Deputies interacted with community members and provided information about the team’s mission and essential services offered within the community. Community members and their children were treated to toys and information packets regarding mental health and substance abuse resources within the county of El Paso.
