Ms. Munoz introduced the CALEA certification process to the Sheriff's Office, which, over the years, has accomplished many noteworthy certifications for the department. Ms. Munoz was the first Certified Professional Human Resources Officer (PHR) and a Senior HR Officer (SPHR) for El Paso County.
