ACTIVE SHOOTER PRESENTATION AT E.P. DENTISTRY – ZARAGOZA LOCATION

EL PASO, TX – On Tuesday, November 14, 2023, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Community Service Section provided a course on Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events to 25 staff members employed at E.P. Dentistry, 1502 N. Zaragoza. The presentation aims to assist civilians in understanding what they should do in case of an active shooter event. The course is based on ALERT's AVOID, DENY, and DEFEND strategies, providing guidance, strategies, and a plan for surviving an active shooter event.
