FUGITIVE APPREHENSION UNIT ARREST – ERNESTO VELAZQUEZ

El Paso, Texas – On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit received an arrest warrant for 30-year-old Ernesto Velazquez. He was wanted on one felony warrant for a Probation Violation/Attempt to Take a Weapon from an Officer. Deputies made contact with Velazquez at the 9500 block of Socorro El Paso County, Texas. Velazquez was taken into custody without incident and subsequently booked into the El Paso County Jail without bond.
