FUGITIVE APPREHENSION UNIT ARREST- EMMANUEL DE LA CRUZ

El Paso, Texas – On May 16, 2023, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit received a felony arrest warrant for 26-year-old Emmanuel De la Cruz. De La Cruz was wanted for one count of Burglary of Habitation (Intend Other Felony). Deputies located De La Cruz near the 600 block of Agua Azul Pl. De La Cruz was taken into custody without incident and booked into El Paso County Jail under a $50,000.00 Bond.
