EVADING AND PUBLIC INTOXICATION ARREST

April 22, 2023

El Paso, Texas – On April 21st, 2023, at approximately 1:08 p.m. El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Deputies assigned to the Northwest Patrol Station were dispatched to the 800 block of Coach Rd., El Paso County, TX., in reference to a subject disturbing. Upon arrival, deputies observed two male subjects squared off in a fighting position. While making contact with the male subjects, one subject fled from deputies leading to a foot pursuit. The fleeing male subject was subsequently apprehended and taken into custody.

The subject was identified as 22-year-old Israel Perez. The offender was booked into the El Paso County Jail under the following charges: Evading Arrest or Detention ($ 1500.00 Bond) and Public Intoxication ($500.00 Bond).
