RESISTING ARREST – PEDRO DOMINGUEZ

El Paso, Texas - On January 19th, 2023, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 12900 block of Sparks. During the traffic stop, Pedro Dominguez was found in possession of marijuana and actively resisted Deputies during the arrest. After a brief struggle, Dominguez was subsequently taken into custody without incident. Dominguez was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana <2OZ, Driving While Intoxicated/Open Container, and Resisting Arrest Search or Transport. Dominguez was subsequently booked into the El Paso County Jail with a total bond of $750.00.
