AGGRAVATED ROBBERY AT THE 12000 BLOCK OF ACEVEDO

El Paso, Texas – On December 12, 2022, El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Peter J. Herrera station responded to the 12000 block of Acevedo in reference to an Aggravated Robbery that had just occurred. The Offenders forced entry into the residence, threatened the victims with a knife, and appropriated the victim’s cell phone and Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. During the investigation, detectives positively identified 17-year-old Carolina Cervantes, and 20-year-old Angel Flores, as being involved in the incident.

Flores was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Robbery and one count of Burglary of Habitation with a total bond of $90,000.00, and Cervantes was arrested for Theft of Property with a bond of $2,000.00. Flores and Cervantes were booked into the El Paso County Jail without further incidents.
