WANTED SEX OFFENDER – RAPH ANGEL GONZALEZ

El Paso, TX – The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance from the community in locating Ralph Angel Gonzalez.

Offender previously reported a change of address claiming relocation within the city limits of El Paso, TX. He failed to register/verify with the El Paso Police Department and has been labeled as “Absconded”, whereabouts unknown. He is a registered sex offender following a conviction of Annoying or Molesting Children out of the State of California, the victim being a 9-year-old female.
