OPERATION HOPE BACKPACK & SHOE GIVEAWAY

EL PASO, TEXAS – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with Operation H.O.P.E. for several years on a gratifying event. On Saturday, July 29th, 2023, Deputies from the Northwest Patrol Station came together with Operation H.O.P.E. to help students with over 100 shoes and 200 backpacks. The event occurred at Bill Childress Elementary School from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. The day was a day of community relationship building, engagement, and positive policing interaction with Canutillo, Westway, and Vinton, TX communities. A special thank you to Bill Childress Elementary School, the Canutillo I.S.D., and all volunteers who made this event memorable for the children and families as they start their 2023-2024 school year!
