EL PASO COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE RESPOND AND MAKE ARREST FOR THEFT OF PROPERTY

El Paso, Texas - SEPTEMBER 3, 2023- On September 2, 2023, at approximately 1953 hours, deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Notre Dame, El Paso County, in reference to a theft in progress. Deputies quickly responded and observed the Offenders loading the Victim’s property, described as decorative rock and landscaping material, onto their motor vehicle. Deputies subsequently arrested and booked the two subjects, Nava, Obdulia 73 years of age and Rosales, Jose 43 years of age, for Theft of Property.
