CAREER DAY AT PAUL MORENO ELEMENTARY

El Paso, Texas – On Friday, May 12, 2023, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Community Service Deputies attended a career day at Paul Moreno Elementary School at 2300 San Diego Ave, El Paso County, Texas. The presentation was for students in Pre-K to 5th grade. Deputies took pictures of the students with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Hummer and enjoyed the Sheriff's Office giveaways. In addition, Sheriff Deputies talked about what it takes to be a Sheriff Deputy, how one becomes a Sheriff Deputy, the daily activities and responsibilities, their equipment, and the difference between a Sheriff Deputy and a Police Officer.
