13 Counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child - Arrest - Samuel Jose Lopez

El Paso, Texas – On May 7th, 2023, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Montana Patrol Station responded to the 5000 block of Phillips Dr. in reference to a wanted subject. Deputies located and apprehended 34-year-old Samuel Jose Lopez. Lopez was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail under 13 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Lopez is being held without bond at the El Paso County Jail.
