Welcome to the County of El Paso Ethics Commission training page!

These programs are intended to make you aware of the rules governing the conduct of County public servants and to meet the training requirements of Vendors and Lobbyists.

As you proceed with the training, please keep in mind that the image of the County of El Paso is based on the conduct of County public servants. County public servants should act fairly and honestly and avoid conduct that would even create the appearance of impropriety.
