Juvenile Unit
Public Defender’s Office represents youths between the ages of 10 and 16, (and age up to 17 for juvenile probation violations) in the juvenile system, when appointed by the Court. Our Juvenile Unit is located in the Juvenile Probation Department (JPD), at 6400 Delta Drive, El Paso, Texas 79905. Our attorneys representation of youths in front of both Juvenile Referees at JPD, and also in front of the 65th District Court in the downtown courthouse. We represent kids on:
