What is our wellness incentive program?
It is an expansion of our Know your Numbers campaign from the previous year. Now there are more opportunities to make you eligible for our amazing cash raffles, as well as earning other health inspired incentives. It is a wellness program designed to engage employees in health and wellness activites to progress towards better health.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be enrolled in the County medical plan.
- Must be employed as an active employee at the time of payout.
- Must complete health risk assessment and wellness screening.
- HRA and wellness screening must be completed by October 31st.
- Wellness incentive program is strictly voluntary
