El Paso County encourages and supports employees’ professional development that helps provide for an optimal potential for advancement, and El Paso County offers an Education Tuition Assistance program which will help pay for tuition expenses if you are thinking about pursuing a higher education degree.

El Paso County encourages and support employees’ professional development, provide for optimal potential for advancement within the County, and attract and retain the best individuals as County employees.

The County of El Paso Educational Assistance Program provides non-taxable financial support to employees who pursue professional growth and development through higher education.

If you are a part-time or full-time regular employees, has a satisfactory evaluation you may be eligible for tuition reimbursement. Please note, you must maintain employment with the County from the date of enrollment to until the date on the last reimbursement check.
