Transportation
The Transportation Division manages the County Transportation Portfolio, including all modes of transportation, such as long-range planning, roadway construction management, public transit, pedestrian and cyclist systems and aviation operations at the Fabens Airport.

The option to purchase a Monthly Bus Pass can be done in person at our downtown office located at 800 E Overland Ave, El Paso, TX 79901, via USPS mail (see instructions on how-to below), and on any of our County Buses directly from the Farebox System.
