HISTORIC MISSION TRAIL
As a means of strategically jump-starting Mission Trail Investment Zone efforts, the County of El Paso hired Dover, Kohl, and Partners to conduct the Mission Trail Comprehensive Master Plan Update. In November 2018, the consulting team of over ten professionals -including urban planners, landscape architects, designers, transportation engineers, and economists- conducted a public design charrette at the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tribal Courthouse. The purpose of the public design charrette was to present the project timeline, goals, and objectives to constituents while providing a space to contribute suggestions, information regarding projects and developments currently underway, and recommendations that reflect the vision and needs of the residential and business community.
