The El Paso County Tax Assessor-Collector currently has seven tax office locations, and eleven contracted full service deputy offices conveniently located throughout the city.
The county tax offices provide services for motor vehicle registrations, renewals & titling, beer & wine permits, occupational permits, hotel / motel taxes, 68-A inspections, and property tax collections which are only collected during the months of October – January 31st..
For an additional convenience fee, the contracted full service deputy offices provide services for motor vehicle registration, renewals & titling transactions.
Full Service Deputies, are privately owned contracted offices that give El Paso county residents an alternate choice of convenient locations where they can obtain vehicle registration services and perform title transfers for an additional convenience fee.
