• Where is my vehicle located?
Depends the vehicle may either be stored at the Contracted Towing Company Lot or EPCSO Abandoned Motor Vehicle Lot.

• What time can I recover my vehicle(s) / property from the EPCSO Abandoned Motor Vehicle Lot?
An appointment must be set in order to retrieve the vehicle or personal belongings

• What is the phone number to the Abandoned Motor Vehicle Lot / Evidence Lot?

• How do I retrieve my vehicle?
You will need to contact the AMV Office to make an appointment and provide the following:
- License plate number and or the vehicle Identification number
- The date of the incident and a case # if one was provided
- Title, Current Registration, Bill of Sale
- Provide proof of Insurance
- Provide a Valid Driver’s License

• Are there fees associated with retrieving my vehicle?
Yes
- Wrecker Service Fee
- Storage - $20 per day + tax after hold release
- Process - $10 + tax
- Notification fee - $25

Vehicles are deemed abandoned after 30 days of notification being sent and may be sent to auction.
The auctions online are conducted by Propertyroom.com.
