The Enterprise Justice Division serves as the cornerstone for streamlined courts and justice operations within El Paso County, facilitating the seamless integration and management of the Enterprise Justice software suite. As stewards of technological innovation within the county's courts and justice system, we are dedicated to enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and transparency in the delivery of justice services.

Under the guidance of the Enterprise Justice Control Board, our expert team of administrators and subject matter specialists oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Enterprise Justice software platform. From case management to jail operations, our software solutions empower stakeholders to navigate complex organization processes with precision and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities of the Enterprise Justice Division include:

  • Software Governance: Chairing the Enterprise Justice Control Board, we establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the effective utilization and security of the Enterprise Justice software suite. Through meticulous oversight, we guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the integrity of judicial data.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders, we identify evolving needs and trends within the courts and justice landscape to inform strategic initiatives and enhancements to the Enterprise Justice platform. By aligning technology with the objectives of the courts and justice system, we drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining open lines of communication with county stakeholders, legal professionals, and community partners, we foster collaborative relationships to address challenges and seize opportunities for advancement. Through proactive engagement, we prioritize the voices and perspectives of those impacted by our technology solutions.

Whether you're a county employee or concerned citizen, the Enterprise Justice Division welcomes your input and collaboration. Together, we are committed to advancing justice through innovation and excellence.
