October 13, 2022 El Paso, Texas – On October 13, 2022, at 12:30 pm., El Paso County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to an irrigation canal near the border wall south of Petunia Dr. in Socorro, Texas in reference to a body found by border patrol. Major Crimes are on the scene pending further investigation.
