  • The Budget and Finance Manager is responsible for the divisions designated below as well as with coordinating with the Operations Manager in accomplishing the overall goals and objectives of the County Auditor's Office. Overall responsibilities encompass financial accounting and budget, grant accounting and reporting, cash management and investments, debt service and treasury functions. In the absence of the Operations Manager, the Budget and Finance Manager takes charge of all divisions. Responsible for the operations of the county auditor's office in the absence of the County Auditor when so assigned by the Auditor.
