The Sheriff’s Office is confirming they are conducting an investigation regarding criminal allegations against El Paso County Emergency Services District Board Member Carlos Sandoval, and former ESD Board Member Robert Ostrenga. Due to the fact that this is an ongoing Criminal Investigation, no other information is going to be released at this time.
