EL PASO, TEXAS- After being profiled as this week’s Edition of MANHUNT MONDAY (see here…)– RICHARD MONROY JR. (25) accompanied by his attorney, surrendered to Socorro Police Officers just after 3:00 PM today 05/16 at the Socorro PD Rio Vista Sub-Station located at 800 N. Rio Vista Road Socorro, TX.
RICHARD MONROY JR.’s arrest marks the 78th MANHUNT MONDAY capture out of 127 Fugitives profiled.
