The Civil Process Section of the El Paso County Sheriff's Office is responsible for providing civil process service to individuals by certified mail, publication, personal service and/or substitute service. The section also serves Writs, which consist of but are not limited to, collecting money, seizing property (real and personal), evictions and attachments on children and adults. In addition the section is responsible for the sale of property to satisfy judgments, delinquent taxes or other court orders. Any questions pertaining to a civil matter can be directed to:
