- We offered this course to area law enforcement agencies to assist them in the investigation of cases involving hidden human remains. The course was instructed by Dr. H. Gill King from the University of North Texas Department of Forensic Anthropology and included class work followed by a field exercise in the Franklin Mountains in El Paso.
- Represented at the seminar were the Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Rangers, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Immigration and Naturalization Service, El Paso Police Department and the Sheriff's Department, along with the Juarez Municipal Police.
