  • Foresight TPA, Inc. is proud of the quality benefit program we administer on your behalf. We work hard to provide not only superior benefit services but also the confidence that is so important when someone needs to seek medical attention outside the El Paso/Las Cruces area.

  • We have a available to you at your Human Resources Dept. room 302, the National Access Program card for your use when you and/or covered dependents are away from home on vacation, business, school or work and do not have access to any type of medical professional within the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Please present this card along with your health benefits card when requesting these services. All claims should be submitted to the address on the health benefits card.

  • To locate providers who participate within the National Access Program, you may look them up online at: http://providers.nhbc.com and type in the code on the card, NATACC34. If you do not have access to the internet, you may also call NHBC's Customer Service phone number listed on the card and someone will personally assist you with that information at 1-888-621-7900.
