ARRESTS THREE MOST WANTED SUBJECTS

El Paso, TX – On Wednesday, March 7, 2018, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Criminal Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested three most wanted subjects in Northeast El Paso.

Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation and took 33-year-old Matthew Hawthorne into custody at a motor inn located on the 8700 block of Dyer St. During the course of the investigation, Sheriff’s Office deputies located Hawthorne inside one of the rooms of the establishment. Hawthorne was subsequently booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on two counts of Robbery, Burglary of a Coin Operated Collection Machine and Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces.

Hawthorne was previously featured as “WANTED” by the El Paso Police Department through Crime Stoppers of El Paso.

Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives conducted an investigation and took 31-year-old Lorraine Elizondo into custody at a residence located on the 10700 block of Captain Valtr St. Sheriff’s Office deputies made contact with the occupants of a vehicle parked in the driveway and identified Elizondo as a wanted subject. Elizondo was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on an outstanding warrant for Man/Del CS PG 1 >=4G.

Elizondo was previously featured as “WANTED” by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office through Crime Stoppers of El Paso.

Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation and took 25-year-old Ronnie Gray into custody at a residence located on the 8700 block of Norton St. As Sheriff’s Office deputies attempted to make contact with Gray outside of the residence, Gray fled into the residence and attempted to flee from deputies through the backyard. Sheriff’s Office deputies were able to take Gray into custody before he could leave the premises. Gray was subsequently booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on an outstanding Parole Violation warrant out of Austin, Texas.

Gray was previously featured as “WANTED” by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office through Crime Stoppers of El Paso.
