EPCSO INVESTIGATES DEADLY CONDUCT INCIDENT IN FAR EAST EL PASO COUNTY

UPDATE:

On Tuesday, January 09, 2018, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Clint Patrol Station took four subjects into custody for the incident that occurred on Sunday, November 26, 2017.

Through the course of the investigation Sheriff’s Office deputies took four juveniles into custody and they were all charged with 16 counts of Deadly Conduct. The juveniles all 14 years of age, were processed and referred to the Juvenile Probation Department.

El Paso, Texas - The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the community in identifying the subject(s) involved in the deadly conduct incident that damaged several cars and injured one person on Sunday, November 26, 2017.

The wanted subject(s) threw rocks at passing vehicles traveling east on I-10 and mile marker 49, damaging at least twenty vehicles a tractor-trailer truck, and leaving one person injured.
