EPCSO ARRESTS TWO SUBJECTS FOLLOWING TRAFFIC STOP

El Paso, TX – On Wednesday, February 14th, 2018, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Deputies from the Montana Patrol Station arrested two individuals for several outstanding warrants.

El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop on the 100 block of N. Kenazo Ave. The driver, Ransom Mcintire age 27 was found to have an outstanding criminal warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 1G<4G with no bond.

The passenger, Joshua Lujan age 19, initially provided deputies with a false name. Deputies subsequently identified Lujan and found he had four outstanding criminal warrants for Forgery of Financial Instrument/Elderly ($6,000 bond), Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 <1G ($100,000 bond), Tamper with evidence with (no bond), and Failure to Identify ($2,500 bond). Lujan also received an additional charge of Failure to Identify ($750 bond).

Mcintire and Lujan were taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
