On 12-09-13, Sheriff’s Office Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division arrested a man named Joeph Arroyos who was scamming people out of money with the use of his construction business named “Joes Construction”. Arroyos was accepting construction jobs and asking for money up front. He would then take the money and start a job but not finish it, or would take the money and not show up for the job at all.
