EL PASO, TEXAS- One day after being profiled on MANHUNT MONDAY Fugitive Rodolfo Arce III is in custody. Late Tuesday morning, 08-14-12, just after 11:00 AM, Rodolfo Arce III surrendered to the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants & Fugitive Apprehensions Section at the Downtown Detention Facility, 601 E. Overland, El Paso, Texas. Arce III was sought on a Probation Violation for failing to Register as a Sex Offender stemming from a 1996 Sexual Assault Case.
Rodolfo Arce III arrest marks the 129th MANHUNT MONDAY capture out of 183 Fugitives profiled.
