FAMILY VIOLENCE CALL LEADS SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES TO A BURGLARY OF HABITATION ARREST

EL PASO COUNTY TEXAS-On 06/30/12 at approximately 11:00 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of N.W. Davis, Fabens, Texas, in reference to Family Violence. Upon arrival it was discovered that two subjects were fighting over a television. During the investigation, it was revealed that the television was stolen from an unknown residence by the another subject involved. Deputies recovered the stolen property and continued the investigation.

At 1:30 AM a Sheriff’s Deputy was then dispatched to a Burglary of Habitation at the 400 block of N.W. Eubanks, Fabens, Texas, which is located behind the residence Sheriff’s Deputies responded to earlier in reference to family violence. The reporter told Deputies a television was taken from their residence. The television was positively identified as the television taken from the reporter/VICTIM’s residence.

The initial argument/fight between the two subjects lead Sheriff’s Deputies to the arrest of a third party involved, identified as MARCOS ARAGON, for Burglary of Habitation.  Last year, on June of 2011, ARAGON was arrested and booked also for a Burglary of Habitation charge.
