DEPUTIES ARREST (2) AFTER RESPONDING TO A NOISE DISTURBANCE

NEWS RELEASE

EL PASO COUNTY TEXAS-Early morning on 04-28-12 at approximately 1:27 am Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a noise disturbance near the intersection of Ellendale and Lafitte, El Paso County Texas. Deputies checked the area and discovered a party taking place inside a garage with at least 50 people who began to scatter from the property upon the Deputies arrival.

Deputies were lead to the entrance of the party and as the garage door opened several subjects began to throw beer bottles at the Deputies. Sheriff’s Deputies and Horizon PD Officers arrived and again attempted to make contact with the remaining subjects who complied with the Deputies demands with the exception of subject/Christian SOLIS  and Subject/Eric Adrian Gonzalez.

As a Deputy approached the garage, Subject/SOLIS threw a beer bottle striking the Deputy on the shoulder. In addition, Subject/SOLIS launched at the same Deputy after being told if he did not comply he would be tased. Subject/Eric Adrian Gonzalez who was at the same party became belligerent and attempted to elude Deputies after Deputies secured the scene to ID the underage drinkers/juveniles. Subject/GONZALEZ then became combative and threatened an additional Deputy with a Chair. Both subjects were subdued at the time of the incident and taken into custody. Both subjects were booked into the Jail Annex for the below offenses.
