After being profiled on last week’s Edition of MANHUNT MONDAY 11/21/11 (see here…) – Victor Eduardo Ortega (22) surrendered to Deputies late Tuesday morning (11/22) at the El Paso County Detention Facility.
Victor Ortega’s arrest marks the 94th MANHUNT MONDAY capture out of 149 Fugitives profiled.
