SHERIFF SEEKS SUSPECT IN CHAPARRAL MURDER
Crime Stoppers of El Paso is assisting the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office in a continuing search for an offender who brutally murdered an El Paso woman in Chaparral, New Mexico, four years ago, making this the
Crime Stoppers “Crime of the Week.”
On Monday, November 6th, 2006, the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office was called to an incident in which a body was found in the desert area located off Highway 213 in Chaparral. As that investigation continued, the body was identified as that of Emely Corina Ianni-Howard of El Paso. She was severely beaten to death.
The suspect in this case is Eduardo Estrada-Garcia. He is believed to have fled into Mexico, and is probably now living in Cd. Juarez.
