EPCSO-Crimes against Persons Detectives are seeking assistance from local Law Enforcement & the Community. Investigators are seeking information about a Green 4 Door Passenger Car (unknown registration) that was seen early Tuesday morning 11/01/11 when 19 year-old Hector Gonzalez was fatally shot after attending a Halloween party in the 1600 block of Jamin Place, El Paso County, Texas.

Investigators have received information the Green Passenger car was last seen driving off from the scene of the incident. The vehicle was occupied by a female driver who was accompanied by several other individuals.
