Just last week on November 3, 2009, Deputies were dispatched to a residence in far east El Paso County in reference to information on a Violation of a Protective Order. Deputies arrived and met with the Reporter / Victim who told authorities her ex-boyfriend who she identified as JESUS ROBERTO QUEZADA and has an active protective order against - was harassing & threatening her.
The Protective Order is issued out of the 388th District Court and indicates QUEZADA cannot have any contact or communication with the Victim. The order is valid until September 23th, 2011.
As Deputies were on scene meeting with the Victim, QUEZADA again called her by phone and once again began harassing her. The Sheriff's Deputy was handed the phone by the Victim at which time the Deputy clearly identified himself to QUEZADA and advised him he was in violation of the protective order. QUEZADA hung up the phone a short time later. QUEZADA has just recently been released from prison for violating his Parole stemming from the said Family violence incident where he assaulted the Victim. Now QUEZADA keeps calling & is once again terrorizing the Victim.
