BACKGROUND:
The Manhunt is on for Hugo Dominguez Martinez
Martinez was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child (2 counts) in OCHILTREE, TX and has a duty to register as a sex offender for 10 years. In one of the incidents, a victim sustained a severe eye injury as her eye was knocked out of the socket.
After his conviction, Martinez signed a Pre-Release Notification Form under the Texas Sex Offender Registration Program. Martinez was living in our area residing at 1700 Horizon, the Multi Use Facility, El Paso County, TX. As of 09-23-8008 he has absconded from the El Paso Parole Office. Martinez has cut off his ankle monitor and his whereabouts are unknown at this time.
Martinez is known to have numerous contacts in El Paso, TX & may be residing with someone in our area. He is also known to have family in Perryton, TX.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts or has seen HUGO DOMINGUEZ MARTINEZ or other fugitives featured on “MANHUNT MONDAY” is urged to call the Sheriff’s Office at 546-2280 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
Due to the recent success of Captured Fugitives listed on Crime Stoppers of El Paso "Most Wanted"-The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has initiated "MANHUNT MONDAY" which will feature one WANTED FUGITIVE every Monday.
"The subjects featured will be individuals who have been eluding capture in which the cold trail has grown warm"-"All cases will be featured on new found information or leads that are 48 hrs to 7 days old"- said Deputy Jesse Tovar- SHERIFF'S OFFICE PIO.
